Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner
  • Providing excellent customer service through active listening and empathy
  • Working with confidential customer information and maintaining confidentiality
  • Resolving issues on the first call by being proactive and resourceful
  • Appropriately communicating with customers and escalating interactions when necessary
  • Tracking call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues and opportunities for improvement
  • Upselling and promoting products or services as required

Qualifications

We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver exceptional results. To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
  • 6 months of customer service experience (preferably in a call center or similar environment)
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Ability to type 25 words per minute
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex situations
  • Organization and work prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, you'll need to meet the following internet requirements:

  • Minimum subscribed download rate of 25.0 Mbps
  • Minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps
  • ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms
  • Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN
  • Proof of internet speed required
  • Clean and quiet workspace to minimize distractions and ensure focus
