As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative (Bilingual: Spanish and English) at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work from home and provide top-notch customer service support to our clients via inbound and outbound calls, as well as through the internet. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language (Spanish or English)
  • Help customers resolve basic technical issues and answer questions regarding our products and services
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure seamless customer interactions
  • Offer additional products and/or services to customers as needed
  • Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • The ability to read, write, and speak fluently in both Spanish and English
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Open availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, with a reliable computer and internet connection
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing processes and procedures
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues

Preferred Qualifications
