Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Fashion and deliver a unique and beautiful customer experience through courteous, honest, pleasant, and efficient service
- Register sales on assigned cash register, provide clients with assistance, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Engage customers and patients through greeting them, providing assistance with products and services, and ensuring a positive customer experience
- Maintain counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised, take inventory, and keep records up-to-date
- Implement company asset protection strategies to recognize and reduce revenue loss
- Ensure compliance with country and local laws regarding regulated products
- Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and sale merchandise
- Assist with separation of food items, product placement, and inventory rotation
- Provide customer support within the photo location, including virtual passport photo service, poster print, and innovative machine
- Assume net pick-up responsibilities, monitor orders, and fill orders as needed
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly store environment and comply with all company policies and procedures
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
Preferred Qualifications
- Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred
- Prior work experience with arenaflex is an asset
