Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with assigned customer accounts, understanding their needs and developing proactive strategies to maximize customer success and platform adoption
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on arenaflex tools, APIs, and integrations, providing expert guidance and support to customers
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and development best practices, leveraging your hands-on experience with development and troubleshooting web applications
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve product adoption, driving revenue through retention, renewals, and upselling opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends

Essential Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a preference for Customer Success or Account Management experience
  • Hands-on experience with development and troubleshooting web applications, including front-end development challenges
  • Strong understanding of APIs, front-end frameworks, and web technologies, with the ability to clearly communicate the value of technical solutions to customers
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage priorities independently and work effectively in a remote environment
  • Ability to reside in Texas, with a strong internet connection and a dedicated workspace
