Key Responsibilities

Create original, high-quality, and engaging video content for TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram platforms.

Collaborate with our marketing team to align content with brand messaging, campaigns, and goals.

Build and maintain a strong relationship with followers through comments, live sessions, and community engagement.

Analyze content performance, track analytics, and optimize future content strategies accordingly.

Represent Progressive Technology with authenticity and professionalism.

Occasionally attend virtual or in-person events to promote brand visibility (if required).
- Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- *
Strong creative instincts with a good sense of humor, timing, and storytelling.

Proficient with video editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, or equivalent.
- *
Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts algorithms.

Ability to adapt content to suit different platforms and audiences.

Strong personal brand or willingness to build one from scratch with guidance.

Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience

Prior experience as a social media content creator or influencer is preferred.

Minimum 1 year of experience managing social media accounts (personal or brand).

Proven portfolio of video content across TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram is highly desirable.
