Job Overview

As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in connecting with individuals who have expressed interest in our services. Your primary responsibility will be to assess their eligibility for potential compensation, provide support, and educate them about our resources. This is a high-volume role, with an expected 40-50 connections per day, and you will be required to multitask, think critically, and work efficiently to meet our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with individuals who have filled out a form to assess their eligibility for potential compensation
  • Handle a high volume of connections, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and support
  • Multitask, including listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows
  • Achieve or exceed monthly KPIs to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals
  • Utilize phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and follow scripts appropriately
  • Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Assist with other projects as needed
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve basic IT issues

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should be competitive, motivated, and willing to work 40+ hours per week.

Essential Requirements:

  • Reside in the State of Florida or New Jersey
  • Have a quiet, distraction-free space to work
  • Reliable hardwired Desktop or Laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook) with 8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, and 1.2 GHz or faster CPU
  • High-speed internet with a minimum of 50Mbps download and 100MBps upload
  • Reliable Noise Cancellation Headset that is wired via USB
  • Strong background in call-center environment and sales-focused experience
  • 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a high-volume call center environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range starting at $17.31/hour, with commissions and bonuses that can increase your total compensation to $33.00+/hour ($70,000+). Our compensation package is designed to reward your hard work and dedication to our mission.

Hours of Operation

We operate on a full-time schedule of 40 hours a week, with the following hours:

Schedule:

  • Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern
  • Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
  • Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
