Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Honolulu, USA. As the face of our customer, you'll be responsible for crafting meaningful connections and creating an environment where everyone feels welcome, valued, and respected. You'll interact with our domestic and international customers in our lobbies and at gates, supporting them with ticketing, luggage, and other travel-related issues. Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers in a kind and helpful manner to craft memorable experiences and build customer loyalty and commitment
  • Step up and anticipate customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility when we've inconvenienced a customer
  • Work daily with a safety mentality by ensuring we keep ourselves and each other to the highest standards
  • Navigate challenges by being consistent but adaptable, retaining composure, and managing issues without taking customer frustration personally
  • Collaborate with others, assist colleagues, and support them in achieving success with new processes and technologies

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 18 years old
  • Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage
  • Able to obtain a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
  • Legally eligible to work in the USA without sponsorship
  • Able to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
