Responsibilities

As an Inbound Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses that meet our high standards of customer service.
  • Providing in-depth information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing, to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication between customers and our clients.
  • Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our clients build strong relationships with their customers.
  • Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights that inform our clients' sales strategies.
  • Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although not necessary, is preferred.
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • A strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience a plus.
  • A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales tools.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry, including current trends and developments.
