Responsibilities
As an Inbound Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses that meet our high standards of customer service.
- Providing in-depth information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing, to help customers make informed decisions.
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication between customers and our clients.
- Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our clients build strong relationships with their customers.
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights that inform our clients' sales strategies.
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although not necessary, is preferred.
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- A strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience a plus.
