Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Business Intelligence and Data Science

Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the analysis of complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business growth
- Developing and maintaining business intelligence dashboards to provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement data-driven solutions
- Communicating complex data insights to senior leadership and stakeholders through clear and concise presentations and reports
- Managing and maintaining a team of 3-4 data analysts, providing guidance and support as needed
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analysis and business intelligence
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and data science
- 3+ years of experience in a Fortune 500 organization
- 1+ year of leadership experience, including experience managing and developing a team
- Master-level BI dashboarding experience, including experience with PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire, and other business intelligence tools
- High-level SQL skills and experience with data modeling and data warehousing
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to senior leadership and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
- A graduate degree in Data Science, Aerospace Management, or a related field
- Certification in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science, such as Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate, Power BI Data Analyst Partner, or AWS Certified Data Analyst
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role
- Experience with dataDog, AppD, Kibana, or other data analysis tools
- Experience with business intelligence frameworks, such as Palantir Foundry or Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
- Past experience in the airline or travel industry
- Experience with AWS Redshift, Quicksight, Athena, or other cloud-based data analysis tools
