Job Summary

As a Medical Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to medical professionals and their patients through our live chat platform. You'll troubleshoot technical issues, answer questions about our products and services, and provide guidance on how to utilize our technology effectively. Your ability to effectively communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide technical support and guidance to medical professionals and their patients through live chat

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by actively listening to concerns and providing timely and effective solutions
  • Utilize your knowledge of medical terminology and procedures to effectively communicate with clients
  • Document all interactions with clients in a clear and organized manner
  • Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the live chat support experience

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
