Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Associate II. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our borrowers, contractors, and insurance adjusters regarding property damage claims. You'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering timely, accurate, and personalized support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Associate II, you'll be responsible for:

  • Meeting and exceeding arenaflex's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Building and maintaining relationships with Leadership and Team organizations
  • Meeting and maintaining availability standards, schedule adherence, and attendance guidelines
  • Updating records and note systems as required
  • Developing and managing customer relationships and serving as a resource to customers
  • Handling inbound telephone calls from borrowers, contractors, and insurance adjusters regarding property damage claims to resolve customer inquiries
  • Delivering timely, accurate customer service to ensure the highest level of satisfaction

Education and Experience

* High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)

  • 0-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field (Preferred)

Supervisory Responsibilities

This role does not have supervisory duties.

Education & Experience (in lieu)

In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Hourly rate: $17.69 - 23.82 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
