What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing seamless customer experiences through live chat, email, and phone interactions. Your responsibilities will include: - Communicating with players and guests to resolve issues and provide exceptional service. - Utilizing internal resources to assist players with account statuses and histories. - Delivering exceptional customer service that builds value in arenaflex's brand. - Assisting guests with booking hotel reservations and RSVPs for special events. - Investigating and troubleshooting technical issues players experience with products.
What is Required (Qualifications)
