Qualifications and Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving customer complaints.
  • Must currently reside in the following states: MN, WI, IA, or MI, with a reliable high-speed internet connection and the ability to be hard-wired.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Previous experience working in a remote or call center environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Technical skills, including proficiency in data entry and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
