Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job Description

The Project Coordinator will report to the Vice-President of Clinical Operations and provide essential operational support across the Clinical Operations department. This role involves initiating, developing, and advancing key Clinical Operations initiatives to ensure optimal execution of all clinical programs. The Project Coordinator will maintain up-to-date information across multiple programs, support risk mitigation efforts, and facilitate planning and logistics for meetings and clinical trial activities.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate and advance key Clinical Operations initiatives to support clinical program execution.
  • Maintain current information across multiple programs using key systems and dashboards.
  • Collate data to support risk mitigation efforts in ongoing clinical trials.
  • Plan, schedule, and manage logistics for internal and external meetings, preparing agendas and meeting minutes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, CROs, vendors, and other functional lines to ensure trial delivery according to plans and quality standards.
  • Coordinate activities with cross-functional teams including clinical research, regulatory affairs, and medical affairs.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain clinical trial trackers and documents.
  • Support project risk analysis and develop solutions to complex problems.
  • Ensure effective interface between the Clinical Operations department and key functional groups.
  • Assist in developing and presenting clinical operations updates to senior/executive leadership.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a Scientific or Healthcare field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Biotech or Pharmaceutical company
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability
  • Adaptability to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Compliance-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and patient safety

Work Environment

The position is remote and operates on Pacific Standard Time (PST).

  • Must be able to support PST operations.*

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Durham, NC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $49.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
