Lead Generation Representative (Telemarketing-Appointment Setting)
Remote opportunity. Candidates must reside within the US and are located in EST or CST time zones. Join Quadient’s high-impact demand generation team, driving millions in sales through data-driven insights and outbound prospecting. As a Lead Generation Representative, you'll support our Field Sales Representatives by identifying sales opportunities in the Mail Related Services segment.
- Identify and qualify sales leads through outbound calls (120-140 daily calls)
- Develop and implement action plans to optimize results
- Provide campaign feedback and collaborate with managers
- Build relationships and communicate effectively across teams
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM
- Experience in high-volume outbound calling; prior experience working within lead generation teams is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication skills, goal-oriented mindset, and proficiency in outbound calling
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus
