Roles and Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in enhancing customer support and driving sales for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to live chat messages on our clients' websites or social media accounts, addressing customer inquiries, sharing sales links, and providing discounts. Key Responsibilities:
