Job Responsibilities

As a Part-time Customer Support Representative – Chat at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a wide range of customer inquiries via online chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Providing detailed and accurate information about our products and services to customers, addressing their queries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients' customers.
  • Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, contributing to the growth and success of our automotive dealer clients.
  • Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, ensuring that our clients are well-informed and equipped to follow up on leads.
  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and industry trends.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although not necessary, is highly preferred.
  • Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software applications and systems.

Requirements and Benefits

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be able to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with a minimum of 16+ hours per week.
  • Attend 5 weeks of training, Monday - Friday from 4PM – 8PM, to ensure you are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in this role.
  • Be flexible with scheduling after completion of training, with the ability to work varying shifts and hours.
  • Type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above being preferred, to ensure efficient and effective communication with customers.
