Key Responsibilities

  • Retrieve information to assist caregivers with payroll-related inquiries, utilizing your knowledge and skills to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Utilize de-escalation techniques to support upset or frustrated callers, remaining calm and composed in high-pressure situations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare-related field.
