Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing assistance through online chat support in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints in a seamless and efficient manner, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and providing support as needed
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring that our customer data is up-to-date and secure
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies, ensuring that you are equipped to provide the best possible assistance to our customers

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
  • Proficiency in computer applications and online communication tools, with a strong understanding of online chat support software and systems

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience working in the insurance industry or a related field
  • Knowledge of insurance products and services, with a strong understanding of our company's policies and procedures
  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR)
