As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers and sellers, handling a wide range of event and order-related inquiries via phone and email. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage transactions and relationships with customers and sellers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Day 1-30: Complete new hire orientation, gaining knowledge and resources about arenaflex and the live event industry, and learning how ticket marketplaces operate
  • Day 31-60: Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determine the root cause of issues, and resolve problems fairly and constructively, while handling day-to-day interactions with sellers and navigating order queues
  • Day 61-90: Play an active role in continued learning, advancing your skill sets, and managing in-bound seller calls, while monitoring open and pending orders and ensuring timely confirmation by ticket sellers
