Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

Providing Exceptional Customer Service:

Virtually assist customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and on the web with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions.

Managing Inbound and Outbound Calls:

Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and proactively identify solutions to questions you anticipate our customers having in each interaction.

Taking a Hands-On Approach:

Own every issue from start to finish, or partner with pharmacist and pharmacy staff if clinical advisement is necessary.

Providing Best-in-Class Service Experience:

Deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

Assisting with Insurance and Copays:

Help customers understand their insurance and copay options, as well as shipping needs.

Providing Technical Support:

Assist customers with navigating pharmacy.amazon.com and resolving technical issues.

Serving Customers in a Timely Manner:

Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries, maximizing our relationship with them.

Maintaining Customer Privacy and Safety:

Adhere to arenaflex's Work From Home policy, promoting customer privacy and safety in every interaction.

Essential Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent:

Required.

1-2 Years of Customer Service Experience:

Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

Excellent Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to analyze issues, identify solutions, and take a proactive approach to resolving customer concerns.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, email, and web-based applications.

Flexibility:

Willingness to work a variable reduced hour schedule, which may start and end outside of normal business hours.

Bachelor's Degree:

Experience in a Healthcare Setting:
