Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Contact Center Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer complaints and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle incoming calls from customers, responding to their inquiries, complaints, and orders in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Place outbound calls to customers regarding account status, complaints, and account collection.
  • Direct calls to further problem resolution, if necessary, ensuring that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Utilize strong communication skills, phone etiquette, and computer proficiency to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs and customer feedback.

Requirements:

* At least one year of experience in a call center or customer service role, with a strong track record of providing exceptional customer service.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (HS/GED).
  • Any customer service experience is welcome, with good communication skills, phone etiquette, and computer proficiency.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
