Your Role

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, their arenaflex Financial Representatives, and supporting staff members. Your goals will include aligning to quality and productivity metrics specific to your team's product and service benchmarks. You will become a vital contributor to our positive environment and demonstrate a strong commitment to collaboration and shared success.

Key Responsibilities

* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, Financial Representatives, and supporting staff members

  • Align to quality and productivity metrics specific to your team's product and service benchmarks
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and Financial Representatives
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues from start to finish
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive high satisfaction, quality, and efficiency
  • Drive innovation through curiosity and an understanding of arenaflex's superior product value
  • Demonstrate the ability to "think on your feet" in ambiguous situations

Skills & Experience You Bring to arenaflex

* Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills

  • Analytical problem solver adept at solving complex problems and exercising judgment
  • Knowledge of insurance, investment, or financial markets
  • Aptitude for understanding technology and how software, systems, and applications influence the customer experience
  • FINRA licensure (SIE, Series 6 & 63) preferred

  • Optimizing the customer experience and cultivating brand loyalty through teamwork and relationship building with our clients and Financial Representatives

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's or Associate Degree preferred

  • 2+ years of operations and/or service experience in the financial services industry
  • FINRA licensure (SIE, Series 6 & 63) preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Experience working with financial data and analytics
