Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with our community of veterinary professionals through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos to provide exceptional support and guidance.

  • Collaborate with the Support Team to ensure a positive and delightful day-to-day experience for every user leveraging the platform for their supply ordering needs.
  • Troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and work cross-functionally to help evolve the Vetcove platform.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our platform and its features to effectively support users and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure our users receive the best possible support.

Essential Qualifications:

* 1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience, preferably in a technical or start-up environment.

  • 2-year Associate's Degree or 4-year College Degree in a related field (e.g., Communications, Business, or Computer Science).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience in chat support or a similar customer-facing role is highly preferred.
  • Patience and compassion when handling difficult situations, with a strong desire to help our customers succeed.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with a positive attitude and a one-for-all team mentality.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with intercom or other chat platforms.

  • Familiarity with veterinary industry or related fields.
  • Tech/start-up work experience, although not required.
  • Certification in customer support or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative).
