Job Summary

As an Entry Level Fully Remote Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for responding to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within our 24/7 high-volume contact center operation. You'll provide information regarding arenaflex products and services, perform transactions, and advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your customer service skills, work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide information regarding arenaflex products and services, demonstrating knowledge, active listening, and multiple system adaptability
  • Perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and/or other accounts
  • Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive member interaction
  • Utilize multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, to engage with members and resolve inquiries
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional member service
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 0-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse populations
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
  • Knowledge of financial services and industry trends
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
