Key Responsibilities

As a Helpdesk Chat Agent, your primary role will be to provide live chat support to users facing technical difficulties or seeking assistance with various products and services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to incoming customer support questions via live chat on arenaflex's website and social media accounts
  • Resolving product issues, account recovery, and other technical difficulties
  • Providing timely and effective solutions to clients, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently
  • Collaborating with internal teams to escalate complex issues and provide seamless support
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues resolved

What You'll Need

To succeed as a Helpdesk Chat Agent, you'll need:

  • A device with reliable internet access (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow provided steps and instructions
  • 10+ hours of availability per week
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
