Job Description

As a High-Commission Sales Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction through our chat-based sales platform. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, build rapport, and encourage them to place orders for our high-quality shipping containers. With our user-friendly software and daily training, you'll be equipped to close sales directly on the chat and send invoices using our system. Here are some key responsibilities you'll be expected to fulfill:

  • Advertise and sell shipping containers using our software
  • Engage with customers via chat, building rapport and encouraging them to place orders
  • Close sales directly on the chat and send invoices using our system
  • Assign leads to sales managers for follow-up via phone calls
  • Participate in daily training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Join a Q&A group and work with mentors to achieve your goals

Requirements

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
