Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced full stack data analyst to join our team in Nashville, USA. As a key member of our business intelligence and analytics team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improvement. This is a full-time, remote position with a competitive hourly rate of $25.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute cycles and arrangements related to various data sets to empower informed business decisions
- Gain understanding into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect organized and unstructured data from multiple sources
- Develop and communicate results to a wide range of audiences, from stakeholders to senior leadership
- Utilize current and emerging technologies to assess trends and develop significant insights and recommendations to the board
- Regularly utilize data, statistical and quantitative analysis, limited modeling, and fact-based management to drive navigation
- Guide less senior staff and work in cross-functional projects and initiatives
- Present to senior leadership and stakeholders as needed
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in data systems, software engineering, or a quantitative discipline such as science, engineering, operations research, finance, or economics
- Five (3) years of work experience in estimation and analysis, quantitative business reasoning, operations analysis, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis
- Proficiency in analysis software and applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills

* Experience or coursework with SAFE Spry
- Experience with the following: requirements gathering; probability and statistics; TSQL/PLSQL; Python or R; mathematical analysis; clear data analysis
