Blue Yonder ESP – Functional Principal / Senior Principal Consultant

What we're looking for Spinnaker SCA, a Publicis Sapient company, is seeking an experienced Supply Planning Functional Consultant—someone who knows how to architect and deliver enterprise-grade Blue Yonder ESP implementations and guide clients through complex planning transformations. Whether you come in as a Principal or Senior Principal Consultant, you’ll be a core leader on our Blue Yonder planning team—responsible for managing solution delivery, mentoring junior consultants, and directly advising global brands on how to unlock agility, accuracy, and orchestration across their supply chain planning environments. BRIEF SNAPSHOT Location Remote Travel As required by Client Target Compensation $70,000–$180,000, plus bonus Required qualifications Here’s what you need to bring to the table:

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is required. Equivalent experience includes a proven track record of skills, professional accomplishments, or training related to the role.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in supply planning, manufacturing planning, replenishment, or finite scheduling (10+ years for Senior Principal)
• Deep user-level configuration and solutioning expertise in Blue Yonder ESP (Enterprise Supply Planning)
• Experience leading at least 2–3 full-lifecycle supply chain planning system implementations in enterprise environments
• Working knowledge of solver engines such as MAP or LPOpt, and Deep Tree (Master Planning) required
• Experience with Blue Yonder Sequencing (SEQ) is a plus
• Ability to lead workshops, document requirements, and convert complex business needs into solution blueprints
• Experience with project delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid)
• Strong written, verbal, and executive communication skills
• Willingness to travel per client engagement needs

Experience that's a plus You’ll stand out if you also bring experience with:

• Familiarity with Kinaxis, o9, SAP APO/IBP, or other APS tools
• Experience with organizational change management, training, and enablement programs
• Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Alteryx)
• Certifications such as PMP, APICS, Six Sigma, or ACPF

What you'll actually do

• Lead and manage functional delivery for supply planning workstreams in multi-phase Blue Yonder ESP projects
• Conduct current-state assessments, fit-gap analysis, and future-state design
• Create and own deliverables such as functional specs, test plans, deployment playbooks, and training documentation
• Translate business requirements into fully configured ESP solutions, leveraging Deep Tree and solver engines as needed
• Manage UAT, regression testing, cutover, and post-go-live support
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and oversight for Spinnaker SCA and client delivery teams
• Contribute to proposals, scope definitions, and solution architectures for new opportunities
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) across demand and supply planning processes

Additional info Pay Range: $70,000-180,000 USD + Bonus The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Spinnaker SCA. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
