The Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team in Coppell, TX. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-tier customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience with arenaflex.

Responsibilities

* Answering emails, live chat, and phone support inquiries from clients

• Helping clients set up their online shops, design products, and troubleshoot issues with their Printful Store and E-Commerce platform
• Assisting clients with setting up their E-Commerce platforms and resolving technical issues
• Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues in a timely manner

Requirements

* Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
• Strong technical skills, with experience working with E-Commerce platforms and technical software
• Ability to work a night and weekend shift, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
