Customer Service Job Duties and Responsibilities
As an experienced customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer care and focus, assessing customers' needs, and delivering the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
- Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems with professionalism and empathy
- Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies to ensure seamless execution
- Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, driving continuous improvement and excellence
- Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes with attention to detail
- Upselling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs efficiently
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide comprehensive solutions
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate over the phone and other communication platforms
- Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in software applications and systems
- Strong multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
