As a remote Data Entry Assistant, you will play a vital role in initiating title orders, performing tasks related to title operations, and ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of information recorded. Job Summary

The Data Entry Assistant is responsible for initiating title orders and performing tasks related to title operations. This includes entering orders into the system using a personal computer and appropriate software, entering, updating, researching, verifying, and/or retrieving data into/from various systems, and ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of information recorded. As a key member of the arenaflex team, you will be expected to provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, assist and train employees and new order entry operators on software programs, and comply with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist and train employees and new order entry operators on software programs to ensure seamless operations
  • Create back up files for all data to maintain data integrity and security
  • Comply with all regulatory requirements to ensure adherence to industry standards
  • Enter data for initial title order according to proper process and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Enter, update, and verify data into various systems for use by all personnel to maintain data consistency
  • Transfer title orders to the correct title abstractor to ensure timely processing
  • Track documents received and completion dates to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Request abstracts, surveys, and UCCs as needed to support title operations
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers to build strong relationships and reputation
  • Provide assistance to technical staff to resolve computer and software problems to minimize downtime and optimize productivity
  • Understand, follow, and stay current on all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook to ensure adherence to company standards
  • Follow instructions and respond to management direction to maintain a collaborative and productive work environment
  • Identify and communicate areas of improvement regarding operations to management to drive continuous improvement
  • Perform other tasks, duties, or projects as assigned by management to support the growth and success of arenaflex
  • Run and distribute reports to provide insights and support informed decision-making

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver superior customer service. You should have basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and be highly organized with strong attention to detail. The ability to comprehend and write instructions, correspondence, and memos with proper punctuation, spelling, and grammar is also essential.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, previous experience in title operations or a related field would be an asset. Familiarity with software programs used in title operations would also be beneficial. A strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards would be an advantage, as would experience in providing training and support to colleagues.
