Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are crucial to the success of our data enrichment projects. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and completing Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by the client, ensuring that all work meets the high-quality standards set by arenaflex and our clients.
  • Performing credentialing-related tasks with precision, including application data entry, vendor resource verifications, and board certifications, to ensure the integrity of the data.
  • Following up with various state boards and credentialing bodies for status updates and verifications, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and quality of credentialing data in compliance with industry standards, through meticulous attention to detail and a thorough understanding of the requirements.
  • Verifying information provided to our client by third-party entities using online databases to cross-check details, showcasing your ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
  • Performing additional duties and tasks as required by arenaflex, highlighting your flexibility and willingness to adapt to the evolving needs of the team and the company.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need to possess certain skills and qualifications that align with the demands of the position and the culture of arenaflex. These include:

  • 6+ months of experience in a Data Entry or Customer Service-related role, which is considered a plus, as it indicates your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle data with care.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week, with weekends off, ensuring a healthy work-life balance and the ability to recharge for the challenges ahead.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, as these are fundamental to the success of our data enrichment projects and the trust our clients place in us.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and external parties.
  • Great written and verbal communication skills, which are essential for following up with state boards, credentialing bodies, and for collaborating with the team.
  • Able to support a work-from-home setup, with a reliable internet connection of at least 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, demonstrating your ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote setting.
