Job Overview:

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our client's team, a full-service self storage company. As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries, and driving sales growth. This is an exciting opportunity to grow into a full-time sales/management position, leveraging your skills and experience to make a significant impact.

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls from customers, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries
  • Calling customers with outstanding balances to collect payments, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
  • Following up with customers who have expressed interest in storage units, fostering a positive and engaging experience
  • Initiating the auction process for customers who have not paid their storage fees, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Implementing a tenant protection program to safeguard customer belongings, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and security
