Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering calls in an efficient, courteous, and accurate manner, while assessing customer needs and offering solutions and additional products
  • Optimally listening to customers, quickly identifying and owning customer issues, and actively searching for solutions to problems
  • Making quality decisions, paying attention to detail, and interacting with a globally diverse group of customers and colleagues
  • Consistently selling travel-related services, including car rental and credit card vendor partner products
  • Understanding and adhering to all arenaflex and U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance requirements

Special Opportunities

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will have the opportunity to advance to specialty teams that respond to customer concerns or resolve complex international ticketing issues. You may also assist customers via Twitter, Facebook, or other emerging social media platforms, helping arenaflex stay ahead of the curve in customer engagement.

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Experience Specialist, you will need:

  • A High School diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize safety and security of self, others, and personal data
  • Digital literacy in navigating web-based and airline-specific software applications, emails, instant messaging, and internet searches
  • Clear, cheerful, and courteous verbal and written communication skills, using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation
  • Reliable and committed attendance, performance, self-motivation, and goal attainment
  • A commitment to prioritizing privacy when handling personal data

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, having one year of experience working in sales and at least one year of experience providing customer service will give you a competitive edge. Additionally, Spanish language fluency is a plus, as we periodically open internal bilingual positions with associated pay increases.
