A Day in the Life

As a Product Manager – Retention, Customer Experience & Engagement, your days will be filled with exciting challenges and opportunities to make a real impact on our customers' lives. You'll start your day reviewing customer feedback and product usage data to identify friction points, then collaborate with our product team to develop targeted campaigns to reengage lapsed users. In the afternoon, you might present retention metrics and campaign results to our leadership team, while also planning for an upcoming product launch that requires a comprehensive retention strategy across multiple touchpoints. The variety of projects and ability to directly influence customer loyalty is what makes this role so exciting.

Key Responsibilities

As a Product Manager – Retention, Customer Experience & Engagement, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing data-driven retention initiatives to support arenaflex's goals around device health, subscription retention, and user engagement
  • Managing audience-specific messaging and communication strategies across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS to drive device, subscription, and user retention
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Business Intelligence, Hardware, and Data Science teams to understand product usage, customer behaviors, and pain points impacting retention
  • Leveraging data and customer insights to identify opportunities and act as the voice of the customer to propose communications that improve the arenaflex customer experience
  • Testing, tracking, and measuring the impact of retention initiatives on key metrics like device health, subscription renewals, and user engagement
  • Communicating campaign performance and recommendations to leadership to inform future retention strategies
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer retention to continuously improve arenaflex's approach

Essential Qualifications

* 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience as a product manager or owner
  • Experience owning technology products

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights

  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Skills and Competencies

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform product decisions

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and customer experience platforms
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior and retention strategies

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package that includes:

  • Base salary ranging from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market
  • Equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package
  • A full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off
