Job Summary

As a Part-Time Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, troubleshooting issues with our soft drink dispensing equipment, and performing routine maintenance tasks. If you're a problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering top-notch service, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Perform mechanical services and light repairs on soft drink dispensing equipment according to arenaflex standards

  • Investigate and diagnose issues with pop fountain equipment
  • Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition
  • Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs
  • Provide exceptional customer service, remaining positive and professional in all interactions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex issues and provide support as needed

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate

  • Valid driver's license
  • Technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, customer service)

  • Previous experience in customer support or technical services
  • Familiarity with soft drink dispensing equipment and refrigeration systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
