Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you will:

  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and partners
  • Utilize various systems and tools to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Provide expert-level support in a conversational manner, using all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Effective completion of required training programs
  • Previous customer support experience (minimum 1 year)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to type at least 25 WPM
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
