Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our organization, delivering heart-driven service to our millions of plan members. You will take inbound calls and answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions, providing solutions to help simplify their health care experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, providing clear and concise information about their coverage and options
  • Take inbound calls and respond to member inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Offer solutions to help simplify the health care experience for our members, demonstrating a genuine concern for improving their quality of life
  • Utilize computer-based applications to access member information and provide accurate and timely responses to inquiries
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve member issues and provide exceptional customer service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to customers in a patient and helpful way

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to problem-solve in a positive and productive manner
  • Comfortable relating to customers in a patient and helpful way, demonstrating a genuine concern for improving their quality of life
  • Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
  • Ability to exhibit patience and empathy, expressing assurance and confidence in all interactions
  • Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism

Compensation and Benefits

The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $27.90 per hour.
