Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, supporting administrative tasks, and contributing to the success of our team. Key Responsibilities

• Enter data into our database with high accuracy and attention to detail

• Support administrative tasks, such as data analysis, reporting, and document management
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to internal and external inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree, with an expected graduation date no earlier than December 2024
• Business or technical degree (Math, Computer Science, Information Science, etc.) an asset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from data and provide key recommendations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to various stakeholders
• Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships across a large organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in business management or previous sales experience an asset
• A strong understanding of business and financial acumen
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
