Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Software Engineer to join our Customer Systems Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable, efficient, and secure software systems that meet the needs of our customers. You will work closely with our business stakeholders, application owners, designers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions that exceed our customers' expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and deploy scalable, efficient, and secure software systems using Java and Java-based technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs
- Work with business stakeholders, application owners, designers, and project managers to ensure that solutions meet business objectives and customer needs
- Develop and maintain high-quality code that is efficient, scalable, and secure
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and efficiency
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry and apply that knowledge to improve our solutions
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Java development, with a focus on designing and developing scalable, efficient, and secure software systems
- Strong knowledge of Java and Java-based technologies, including Spring, REST, and multi-threading
- Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning is a plus
- Strong understanding of database design and data access patterns
- Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure, is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

* Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
