Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Actively listening to customers to understand their concerns and needs
  • Upselling products and features while emphasizing their benefits and value
  • Demonstrating excellent soft skills to provide a world-class customer service experience
  • Providing information about our current plans and products to help customers make informed decisions
  • Identifying and positioning new solutions that align with customers' needs and goals
  • Navigating multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy to resolve customer issues efficiently

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 10 MBPS (no satellite)
  • A USB wired headset with a noise-canceling microphone
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 18 years of age
  • A quiet, secure workspace that meets our requirements
  • Residency in Texas (if you live in AL, AR, FL, GA, ID, IN, KY, MS, NC, OK, SC, UT, VA, or WY, please find the same opportunity under those state-specific requisitions to apply)
  • At least one year of customer service experience
  • A professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
  • Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting
  • The ability to thrive in a highly structured environment
  • A schedule with open availability, including evenings and weekends
