Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative – Chat, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses that meet customer needs
• Providing in-depth information about arenaflex's products and services, including features, benefits, and usage
• Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
• Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and analysis
• Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of arenaflex's evolving products and services
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary but preferred)
• Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Strong ability to multitask, with a preference for gaming experience (but not required)
• Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Requirements

To join our team, you'll need to:

• Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST
• Possess a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Show a positive and professional demeanor
• Be able to work in a quick-paced environment
