Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through various contact methods, including live chat, email, and possibly videophone. Your primary duties will include:

  • Responding to live chat inquiries on our website or social media channels, offering support, product information, and assistance with a variety of queries.
  • Providing helpful responses to customer questions, supplying sales links, and promoting discounts as part of the interaction.

Contract Details

* The position is ongoing with no fixed term, offering the flexibility to work on a long-term basis.

  • Rate: $35 per hour, providing a competitive compensation package.
  • Requirements:

+ Access to a device with the capability to use social media and website chat functions (such as a phone, tablet, or laptop). + Ability to work independently and adhere to provided instructions and guidelines. + Must be available to work at least 5 hours per week. + Need a stable and reliable internet connection.

  • Weekly Hours: Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.
  • Location: This is a fully remote position, with a preference for candidates based in the United States.
