Job Summary:
As a Business Analytics Manager, you'll lead a high-performing team responsible for uncovering hidden opportunities and driving business outcomes through data-driven decision making. You'll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify areas of improvement, develop and implement data-driven solutions, and measure the impact of your initiatives. Your expertise will help us refine our customer support processes, enhance the overall customer experience, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of analysts in driving business growth through data-driven insights and recommendations
- Develop and maintain complex data models, dashboards, and reports to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and develop data-driven solutions
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure alignment and buy-in on analytics initiatives
- Communicate complex analytics insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or related field
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field (desired)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
- Proven expertise in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, data mining, and machine learning concepts
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working with Apple products and services
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data security best practices
- Experience with agile project management methodologies
- Certification in data science, analytics, or a related field (desired)
