Job Overview

We are looking for a talented individual who is passionate about technology and customer support to fill the role of Service Desk Specialist/Live Chat Agent. As a critical member of our team, you will provide Tier I support and assistance to users of our mobile application, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. This is a remote opportunity, and we welcome candidates from anywhere in Colorado to apply. Please note that all remote work must be performed within the state of Colorado, and we cannot consider out-of-state candidates who are looking to relocate.

Responsibilities

As a Service Desk Specialist/Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer support and assistance to users of our mobile application via live chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues and concerns
  • Troubleshooting, reproducing, reporting, and resolving problems related to our mobile application on both iOS and Android operating systems
  • Installing and configuring our software on supported devices, following established procedures and guidelines
  • Employing Incident Management procedures to enter tickets into our tracking system, ensuring accurate and efficient issue management
  • Collaborating with our team to identify and resolve technical issues, sharing knowledge and best practices to continuously improve our support services

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • One year of professional experience in an occupational field related to mobile application support, or an Associate's degree from an accredited institution in a field of study related to Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or other related technical degrees
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of mobile operating systems, including iOS and Android
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise support via live chat
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and continuous learning

In addition to these minimum qualifications, we prefer candidates with:

  • Experience with Jira, ITIL Certification, Agile and scrum methodology, and government work experience
  • Knowledge of Apple and Google Play Store, as well as diagnostic tools and a diverse range of mobile device makes and models
  • Training or certification related to mobile application support, such as CompTIA A+ or equivalent
