The Role

As a Customer Support Consultant at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional support to our customers through phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred

  • 0-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
