Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for resolving complex issues, answering questions, and providing solutions that meet our customers' needs. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving complex issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize consultative skills to understand customer needs, propose solutions, and provide recommendations
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, including features, benefits, and promotions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide solutions
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the logistics or shipping industry

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
