Based on Experience. Job Details Qualifications – Needed:
- MUST HAVE: Proven experience marketing to human services and education sectors, including schools, childcare centers, and government organizations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 8-10 years of marketing leadership experience at Director or VP level
- Full-funnel B2B marketing experience including brand strategy, demand generation, and enrollment campaigns
- Strong background in marketing analytics, KPIs, and ROI measurement
- Demonstrated ability to lead, scale, and mentor a marketing team
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work remotely with ~25% travel
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Lead and scale the marketing team across brand, communications, and revenue-generating functions
- Develop and execute full-funnel B2B marketing strategies for human services and education sectors
- Oversee demand generation, enrollment campaigns, and lead nurturing initiatives
- Align marketing strategy with organizational goals and measure ROI
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and executive leadership
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs and performance metrics
- Grow brand awareness and drive measurable business results
