Based on Experience. Job Details Qualifications – Needed:

  • MUST HAVE: Proven experience marketing to human services and education sectors, including schools, childcare centers, and government organizations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 8-10 years of marketing leadership experience at Director or VP level
  • Full-funnel B2B marketing experience including brand strategy, demand generation, and enrollment campaigns
  • Strong background in marketing analytics, KPIs, and ROI measurement
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, scale, and mentor a marketing team
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work remotely with ~25% travel

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Lead and scale the marketing team across brand, communications, and revenue-generating functions
  • Develop and execute full-funnel B2B marketing strategies for human services and education sectors
  • Oversee demand generation, enrollment campaigns, and lead nurturing initiatives
  • Align marketing strategy with organizational goals and measure ROI
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and executive leadership
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs and performance metrics
  • Grow brand awareness and drive measurable business results
