About the Role
- You’ll be part of a remote quality assurance function—auditing medical records, monitoring video recordings, identifying missed charges, and reporting findings that support better care, compliance, and communication.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Review clinical documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
- Audit medical records using internal and AAHA standards.
- Identify missed charges, discrepancies, and process gaps.
- Monitor video footage for protocol adherence and quality care delivery.
- Log audit results daily; deliver trend summaries weekly and dashboards monthly.
- Collaborate via Zoom, WhatsApp, and reporting tools with a US-based team.
- Support improvement plans and audit-readiness documentation.
Requirements
About YOU
- You’re analytical, observant, and confident working with detailed data.

About YOUR Work History
- At least 2 years in medical or veterinary QA, documentation review, or chart auditing.
- Familiar with EMR/EHR systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to “read between the lines”.
- Excellent written English and professional communication skills.
- Comfortable with structured feedback and continuous improvement.
- Bonus: knowledge of AAHA standards or veterinary clinical workflow.
